You will be able to find information about the nearby post offices, their locations, the schemes being operated at the post offices, the insurance schemes, and how to avail savings schemes. This app allows you to make digital payments, as well as provide a user-friendly interface and support in 23 different languages.

What are the features of Postal Service 2.0?

Under Postal Service 2.0, you can track the status of Speed ​​Post registered letters, insured parcels, valuable letters, e-money orders, etc., from the comfort of your home.   Here, you simply enter the article number, and you will see the actual status of your parcel or letter.   Here, you can find the nearest post office by entering the first four letters of your name and your PIN code.

You can also check postal rates from the comfort of your home, such as the rates for different postal services, and how the rates vary with each distance. If you need to file a complaint, you no longer need to visit the post office; instead, you can view the details from the comfort of your home. To track the status of your letter/parcel with Dak Seva 2.0, first install Dak Seva 2.0 on your mobile device. Then, select the Track or Tracking Trace option on the home screen. Next, enter the article or consignment number in full. After entering the number, click on the Track or Search option. Clicking here will display the real-time status of your article. From here, you can find out when your parcel will be delivered.

To pay for Postal Life Insurance through Dak Seva 2.0, first open the app. Click on the Insurance option. Click on the Insurance option and select the Postal Life Insurance option.
