PM Awas Yojana 2025: Registration Date Extend
Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is providing flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to applicants from Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The authority is providing more than 3000 flats to all the beneficiaries under this scheme. You can participate in it through online mode and register your application. The authority was accepting online applications till 31st March 2025, but now Lucknow Development Authority has extended the last date to apply online. Lucknow Development Authority- PM Awas Yojana Flats 2025
The Lucknow Development Authority is constructing new plates under PM Awas Yojana 2025 in the Basant Kunj. If you are also interested to purchase a flat under this scheme then you can also apply. Flats are distributed to beneficiaries on the Basant Kunj Sector I in Hardoi Road. The scheme is specially prepared for economically weaker sections who have not sufficient amount to purchase pakka house in the state. Scheme is sponsored by central government, but the Uttar Pradesh government is also promoting pm Aawas Yojana to provide housing facilities to homeless citizens.
Online registration on PM Awas Yojana 2025
If you are eligible to buy a flat in the state of Uttar Pradesh then you can participate in the application process. All the economically weaker sections are invited to apply in this housing scheme. But only the selected applicants will get the flat because the number of flats is more than 3000 only. So only the selected applicants will get the house. The authority will upload the list of candidates according to their eligibility and their financial status. If you are suitable for this scheme then you will get the benefit of PM Housing Scheme.
Lucknow Development Authority is selling flats for an amount of only 729000. But if you have applied under PM Housing Scheme, then you will get government subsidy to buy these flats. After getting the subsidy you have to pay only 479000. The government is also providing the facility to deposit this amount in a maximum period of 60 months.
If you are interested to apply in this scheme, then applications are invited till 31 December 2025. You have to deposit a security amount of Rs 10,000 at the time of online registration. After this, if your name is selected as the beneficiary of this scheme, you will have to deposit Rs 50,000 within the time period prescribed by the Lucknow Development Authority. After this, you can deposit the remaining amount for the house for a total period of 60 months.

- After that you have to enter other person information and you will get the registration number in your registered mobile number as well as on the screen also.
- Now you have to follow the step to buy clicking on the link of fill form after registration.
- Enter your application number and click on the submit.
After this you have to enter your personal details, employment information, selection of category etc. Now pay the 10000 through online mode and download the application receipt.
