PM Surya Ghar Yojana 2025: PM Surya Ghar Yojana was created by the Central Government to encourage the citizens of the country towards solar energy, so that people use this scheme as much as possible and understand the utility of solar energy. - The applicant yearly income will be up to Rs.1 or 1.5 lakh.

PM Surya Ghar Yojana Benefits
- The subsidy given to the customer determined on the kilo watt capacity of the solar panel.
- If you install solar panel 1 kilowatt capacity, you will receive Rs 30,000 as a subsidy.
- If you install solar panel 2 kilowatt capacity, you will receive Rs 60,000 as a subsidy.
- If you install solar panel 3 kilowatt capacity, you will receive Rs 78,000 as a subsidy.
- The cost for installing 1 kilo watt solar panel ranges from ₹ 50 thousands to ₹ 60 thousands.

Steps to Apply for PM Surya Ghar Yojana 2025?
To apply under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana 2025, you have to follow these steps.
- Firstly, you have to visit the link pmsuryaghar.gov.in portal of Solar Rooftop Scheme.
- Now, at the Homepage, you have to click to the “Apply for Solar Rooftop Yojana” link.
- After that, you will have to click the “Apply for Rooftop Yojana” link.
- Now, the application form will appear on the screen and you have to select your State Name and the Electricity provider company name and then hit the “Submit” tab.
- After this, you should to fill your name, address, and the valid mobile number etc. and then upload the scanned copy of the document as asked in the form and submit it.
