Gujarat Girls Scholarship Scheme 2026

The 10000 yearly will be given to all the girl students in 9th and 10 th grade, and the 15000 yearly will be given to the 11 th and 12 th grade girl students in the state. The government will spend over 50,000 to enroll and motivate girl children to take secondary education.

Direct benefit will only be provided to such girls who have finished 7th and 8th of any government school in the Gujarat state and are studying 9th to 12th class.

Besides the government schools, government-aided schools and the private schools will also be incorporated in this scheme. • Application in the School: Students do not apply on-line but registration is done by the nodal officer of the school in the CTS portal.
• Document Submission: Have to submit the documents required (bank passbook/cheque, Aadhaar, income proof, mark sheets) to your school administration.
• Checking: Checking of applications is done by the Education Department through the District Education Officer.
• Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): The scholarships are deposited directly to the bank account of the mother or the student.
