Chief Minister of the state announced the Deepika scholarship program on 19th September 2025 at GKVK campus. Deepika Scholarship 2026 (Round 2)
Provider: Azim Premji Foundation together with the Karnataka government.
Eligibility: Girl students who had gained Pre-University Course (PUC) (Class 12) and SSLC (Class 10) in government schools/colleges.
Target Group: To take the 2026 academic year, she needs to be enrolled in a general degree, professional degree (e.g., engineering, medical), or diploma course of at least three years of duration.
Benefits: 30,000 per year (Transfer through DBT) during the term of the course.
