ISRO YUVIKA 2026: Every Year ISRO organizes a special program called YUVIKA 2026. An elaborated form of YUVIKA is YUva VIgyani Karyakram. What is ISRO YUVIKA 2026?

 ISRO YUVIKA 2026 is a national level program organized by Indian space agency, which develop the interest in science, technology, engineering and Mathematics. However many students are already confused as they are thinking that this is a competitive exam like JEE main or JEE advance, but this is not true, it is not a entrance exam.

This is an educational program which is conducted by the ISRO. It does not provide admission in any engineering course. However through this program students can learn about space and with the help of this curiosity they can take admission in space programs after 12th.

This is a 2 week residential program in which boarding and lodging both are included in the program. It is fully funded by ISRO itself. This program is especially designed for class 9 students. It gives them a chance to learn about space, space missions, satellites, rockets and it is conducted at various ISRO centers across India. It is open to all students but the selection is very limited.

YUVIKA Eligibility 2026

All those students who want to apply for the YUVIKA 2026 program have to check their eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria is decided by the ISRO. It is as follows:

•  The student must be studying in class 9th.
•  The student must have been enrolled in any recognized School of India.
•  The age limit is not published yet, but the student must be in class 9th.
•  All students from every state and union territory can apply for this program.
•   However the selection will be based on the academic performance and activity of the students.

• 10% selection marks will depend on the online performance test taken by ISRO.
• The student must have participated in science fairs and school activities through this they will secure 2% to 10% marks.
•  If students have any kind of achievement in science competition /Sports /guide/ NCC/ NSS it will secure additional marks .
•  And if students are from rural areas or Village areas they will get 15% extra weightage.
•  Through this ISRO selects each and every student on the above criteria.

• ISRO YUVIKA program is fully funded by ISRO. It does not cost students any single penny.
